Emergency Support

  • Kids Help Phone (1.800.668.6868) is a confidential and anonymous 24-hour telephone counselling service. Counsellors are available to provide immediate and caring support, and, if necessary, referrals to local community social service agencies. No problem is too small to talk about.
  • Gay Line (1.888.505.1010) is Quebec's free, confidential information and help line for lesbian, gay, bisexual and trans people. Available in Quebec only, Gay Line is available daily from 7 p.m. to 11 p.m.
